Money is the part of creator marketing that goes wrong most often. A brand pays and the work doesn't arrive, or a creator delivers and the payment never comes. Socialji is designed so neither happens. Here's how payment protection works on the platform.
Escrow-protected funding
When a brand is ready to fund work, it tops up its Socialji wallet by bank transfer. An administrator verifies the top-up before the balance can be used for campaigns or deals. The platform records the agreed work and approval status for both parties.
Payouts on approval
The creator submits the agreed deliverables and the brand reviews them. Once approved, the creator can request a withdrawal using their bank details. Administrators send bank payouts manually.
Bank transfer funding and payouts
Brands fund their wallet by bank transfer after admin verification. Creators provide bank details in their financial settings and request a withdrawal when earnings are available. Socialji administrators process these bank payouts manually.
Payment information
Socialji does not currently accept card payments for wallet funding. Brands receive bank-transfer instructions after verification. Creators should provide accurate bank payout details only through their account.
We maintain payment and approval records so brands, creators, and our administrators can track funding and withdrawal requests.
When something goes wrong, step by step
Most collaborations go smoothly because the money and the deliverables are agreed up front. On the rare occasion something doesn't go to plan, here's exactly what happens and what to do.
If you're a brand and the work doesn't arrive
- Your campaign record shows its funding and approval status; review it before approving deliverables.
- Message the creator through the platform to agree a fix or a revised timeline.
- If it can't be resolved, an unfunded or undelivered campaign can be cancelled.
- Any eligible wallet balance adjustment is handled in line with our Refund Policy.
If you're a creator and you're worried about getting paid
- Check the campaign's funding status before you start.
- Submit the agreed deliverables inside the platform so there's a clear record.
- Once the brand approves, request a withdrawal using your bank details.
- If a brand goes quiet after approval, contact us and we'll help chase it down.
If you need a refund
- Unused wallet balance may be eligible for return under our policies.
- Open the campaign and request cancellation, or contact us if you need a hand.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy and are handled under the applicable bank-transfer and wallet procedures.
If a card payment is disputed (chargeback)
- Because deliverables are agreed and approved inside Socialji, there's a clear record of what was bought and delivered.
- That record is submitted as evidence if a payment is ever disputed with the card issuer.
- Any relevant payment provider manages its own dispute process.
