Cancellation Policy

    1. Subscription cancellation

    Brands can cancel or manage a paid Socialji subscription from the billing portal available in the dashboard. You may also contact support for help with cancellation.

    Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current billing period.

    2. Access after cancellation

    After cancellation, subscription features may remain available until the end of the paid billing period. At the end of that period, the account may be moved to a free or limited plan.

    3. Failed payments and grace period

    If a subscription payment fails, Socialji may provide a limited grace period while you update your payment method. If payment is not resolved, paid features may be downgraded or suspended.

    4. Search credit purchases

    One-time search credit purchases cannot be cancelled after payment has been confirmed and credits have been delivered to the account. If you purchased credits by mistake, contact support promptly for refund review under our Refund Policy.

    5. Marketplace campaign funding

    If a Brand starts campaign funding but does not complete Stripe checkout, the pending checkout session can be cancelled from the campaign workflow where available. If payment has already succeeded, cancellation is handled as a refund or dispute request depending on whether funds have been released to the Creator.
