    1. Acceptance of these Terms

    By creating an account, signing in, or using the Socialji marketplace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. The marketplace

    Direct fixed-price packages

    When offered, guest checkout does not require an account. Your order records the package scope, deliverables, revision allowance, delivery time, price and disclosed service fee at purchase. Payment is subject to provider verification and creator acceptance within 48 hours. Delivery time begins after acceptance and receipt of any required brief. Keep your private email link secure; verified email access is required to manage delivery approval and refund destinations. Creators are independent providers, and Socialji does not guarantee campaign results. The Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy govern cancellations and disputes. Do not approve delivery until you are satisfied with the work.

    Socialji is a marketplace that helps brands ("Brands") discover, contact, and engage independent creators and influencers ("Creators"), and lets Creators apply to brand campaigns. We provide software, creator discovery tools, messaging, campaign workflows, payment coordination, and payout support. We do not employ Creators and we do not produce campaign content.

    3. Eligibility & accounts

    You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

    4. Subscriptions and fees

    New online paid-plan and search-credit purchases are temporarily unavailable. Historical paid-product records may remain visible for account and audit purposes. Current fees and limits are described on our pricing and Fees & Charges pages and may change.

    5. Campaign payments

    Where the Service supports payments between Brands and Creators, Brands add Socialji wallet funds by verified bank transfer or USDT where crypto top-ups are enabled, and fund campaigns and deals only from available wallet balance. Campaign funds may be held until a deliverable is approved or a dispute is resolved. We may charge a service fee or commission disclosed at the time of the transaction. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled under our posted policies, applicable banking rules, and the facts of the related campaign.

    6. Creator payouts

    Creators must provide complete and accurate bank payout details before requesting a withdrawal. We may request identity, tax, banking, or business information and may delay or decline withdrawals while details are incomplete, inaccurate, or under review. Bank payouts are sent manually by our team.

    7. Acceptable use

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • misrepresent your identity, audience, or follower metrics;
    • post content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;
    • harvest data or scrape the Service without permission;
    • circumvent payment, fee, or tier limits.

    8. Content & intellectual property

    You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Socialji a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

    9. Marketplace disclaimer

    Socialji does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the performance of any Brand or Creator. All engagements are between the Brand and Creator. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    10. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising out of your use of the Service.

    11. Termination

    You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose risk to other users.

    12. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
