Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Socialji marketplace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The marketplace

Socialji is a marketplace that helps brands ("Brands") discover, contact, and engage independent creators and influencers ("Creators"), and lets Creators apply to brand campaigns. We provide software, creator discovery tools, messaging, campaign workflows, payment coordination, and payout support. We do not employ Creators and we do not produce campaign content.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions and fees

Brands may purchase paid plans or search credits to access additional features, search capacity, profile lookups, contact information, or increased usage limits. Plans, pricing, billing periods, fees, and limits are described during checkout or on our pricing page and may change. Where automated billing is enabled, charges renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Campaign payments

Where the Service supports payments between Brands and Creators, payments are processed by Stripe. Campaign funds may be held until a deliverable is approved or a dispute is resolved. We may charge a service fee or commission disclosed at the time of the transaction. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled under our posted policies, Stripe rules, and the facts of the related campaign.

6. Creator payouts

Creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before receiving payouts. Stripe may require identity, tax, banking, or business information. We may delay or block campaign applications or payouts if a Creator's payout account is not ready.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• misrepresent your identity, audience, or follower metrics;
• post content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;
• harvest data or scrape the Service without permission;
• circumvent payment, fee, or tier limits.

8. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Socialji a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

9. Marketplace disclaimer

Socialji does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the performance of any Brand or Creator. All engagements are between the Brand and Creator. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose risk to other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
