Refund Policy

    1. Overview

    Socialji provides software access, creator discovery tools, search credits, and marketplace campaign payment services. Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased and the status of the related service or campaign.

    2. Subscription plans

    Paid subscription plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

    If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review the request and may issue a full or partial refund when the charge was accidental, duplicated, fraudulent, or caused by a technical issue on our side.

    3. Search credit purchases

    Search credits are delivered to your account after successful payment confirmation from Stripe. Unused credits may be eligible for refund review within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used for searches, profile lookups, contact information, or other paid actions are not refundable unless required by law.

    4. Marketplace campaign payments

    Campaign payments are collected from Brands and held until the related deliverable is approved or the campaign is otherwise resolved. A Brand may request a refund while funds are still held and before payment has been released to the Creator.

    Once a payment has been released to a Creator after deliverable approval, refunds are not guaranteed and may require dispute review based on the facts of the campaign.

    5. How to request a refund

    To request a refund, contact us through the contact form on our home page or email contact@socialji.com. Include the account email, payment date, amount, Stripe receipt or invoice ID if available, and the reason for the request.

    6. Processing time

    Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take 5-10 business days to post the refunded amount to your payment method.

    7. Disputes and chargebacks

    If you have a payment concern, please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. We may suspend access to disputed services while a payment dispute is active.
