1. Digital service delivery
Socialji delivers digital services through your online account. There are no physical goods shipped. Access is provided through the Socialji website after account creation, onboarding, and successful payment where payment is required.
2. Subscription access
Paid subscription features are activated after Stripe confirms a successful payment and Socialji receives the related webhook event. Activation is usually near-instant, but payment providers and banks may occasionally delay confirmation.
3. Search credits
Purchased search credits are added to the Brand account after Stripe confirms successful payment. Credits can then be used for eligible creator searches, profile lookups, contact information, and related discovery actions shown in the dashboard.
4. Marketplace campaign payments
For campaign payments, a Brand chooses an accepted Creator and funds the agreed amount through Stripe. Funds are recorded against the campaign after payment confirmation. The Creator can then complete and submit the agreed deliverables through the campaign workflow.
Payment is released to the Creator after the Brand approves the deliverable or after a dispute is resolved in favor of release. A platform fee may be deducted when disclosed in the campaign payment flow.
5. Creator payouts
Creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before they can receive payouts. Stripe may require identity, tax, banking, or business information before enabling payouts.
6. Delivery issues
If paid access, credits, or campaign funding do not appear after a successful payment, contact support with your account email and Stripe receipt, invoice, or checkout details. We will investigate and correct eligible account records as soon as reasonably possible.
