    Questions from freelancers

More on getting paid and in the help centre.

    What is Socialji for freelancers?
Socialji is a global marketplace where freelancers sell fixed-price AI and digital services to clients anywhere. You get a public talent page, you can list gigs that clients buy directly, and you can send pay links to clients you already have. The client pays before you start, and Socialji holds the payment until they approve your work.
Who can join as a freelancer?
Freelancers in any country: AI builders and automation experts, developers, designers, video editors, writers and marketers. Joining is free, and our team reviews every profile before it appears on Socialji.
What AI services can I sell on Socialji?
AI agents and chatbots, workflow automations with tools like n8n or Zapier, apps built with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Lovable, and AI-assisted video, voice and images made with tools like Runway, Midjourney or ElevenLabs. Package each one as a fixed-price gig and list the tools you use on your talent page.
Which digital services can I sell?
The services online businesses buy every month: short-form video editing, websites and Shopify stores, UI/UX and brand design, thumbnails, SEO articles and copywriting, social media management and paid ads, and no-code or data work.
How much does Socialji charge freelancers?
Nothing to join, list gigs or send pay links. On gig and pay-link orders the client pays the platform fee on top of your price, so you earn your full price. There are no subscriptions, bids or credits.
Does my client need a Socialji account?
No. Clients can buy a gig or pay a pay link at checkout without signing up. They follow the order on a private page and approve the work there.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Add your payout details in your dashboard. When a client approves your work, the earning becomes available and you request a payout. Our team reviews each payout and sends it by bank transfer, or to eSewa for freelancers in Nepal.
    How do clients pay?
Clients pay in US dollars at checkout. Today checkout accepts USDT, where it is permitted in the client's country, and card payments are coming. Payment methods are shown to the client before they pay.
What happens if a client is not happy?
The client can ask for a revision on the order page before approving. If an order is cancelled before you deliver, the client is refunded. Disputes are reviewed by the Socialji team.
What is the difference between a gig and a pay link?
A gig is a fixed-price package listed in the marketplace, such as 5 edited Reels for $60, that any client can buy. A pay link is a one-off price you create for a specific client and send to them yourself, such as a custom website quote.
Is Socialji an alternative to Fiverr and Upwork?
Yes, for freelancers who want fixed-price work without bidding. You do not pay for credits, your price is not cut by a seller fee on gig and pay-link orders, and you can bring your own clients.
