Choose a package
Browse the marketplace and check deliverables, revisions, delivery time and price. Buy now appears on packages the creator has opened for direct purchase. Otherwise, ask for an offer.

Pay at checkout
Enter your email, review the full price and select a supported network. Pay through the secure payment page; the order updates after payment is verified. No signup or wallet top-up is needed for a guest package.

Open your private order
Verify access using your email link. Save or submit your guided brief, add package-specific requirements and private files, and discuss details with the creator. Use Find my order if you need a fresh link.

Creator accepts
The creator must have the required brief before accepting, within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Clarifications never reset this window. Delivery starts at acceptance once the required brief is submitted. Declined or expired acceptance goes to refund review.

Review delivery
Open the delivery link and use Request revision for changes within your package's included limit. The creator redelivers for your review. Extra scope needs a separate agreement. Raise a dispute if there is a problem; do not approve work before reviewing it.

Approve completed work
Your approval makes creator earnings available for a manual bank withdrawal. Crypto payment does not mean an instant crypto or bank payout to the creator.
